* Minimum requirement :
- Certificate level in mechanical or electrical;
* At least 5 years supervision experience in factory
environment;
* In - charge of production operation management;
* To ensure the operation activities are carried out smoothly;
* To propose improvement plans to Factory Manager;
* To control and manage machine spare parts;
* Able to carry out the assigned duties independently;
